AVA GRACE!!!!

Sometimes Ava can be sad, missing momma and dadda's friends, or just tired of eating and doesn't want any more bottle. Here is the face she makes.

HAPPY 3 MONTHS AVA!!!!! Today Ava is 3 months old. Wow, she is growing up so fast. Today we went to some garage sells, then we went on a walk, and we finished the evening by celebrating my (Danny) birthday over at Kristi's Aunt and Uncles house. Here is Ava at 3 months old.

It is a beautiful day out today. Ava got some new outfits for spring and summer. Check her out smiling like there is no care in the world. She is getting so big. Momma and Dadda love you Ava!!!

Today Ava was Dedicated to Jesus. We were so greatful for the family and friends that joined us on this special day. Here are some pictures of Ava's Dedication.

Saturday was a beautiful day, we spent some time at the park. Thank you Dan and Carmine for the outfit you gave Ava.

Now all we need is a modeling contract with Diesel and Ava would be set for college.

Today Ava, you are 6 weeks old!! You are getting so big. We love you so much. More than you will ever know...

Ava is growing up so fast!! She went to the doctor this week and she is up to 10 lbs and 1 oz. It's hard to believe Sunday will be six weeks since she was born. Keep Kristi in your prayers, she has to go back to work on Monday. I know it will be hard leaving (in great hands, thanks Jill) Ava and starting to get back in the groove of working. We wanted to show off some new pictures to those of you who have not seen her lately.

1 Month Old.

I can't believe today Ava is 1 month old. Time has flown by. Our nights are still rough, but they are getting better. Kristi stays up with Ava at night so I can get the sleep I need to go to work.

By the way, I love my new job. I work for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development as an auditor.

Now back to Ava, it seems like it was just yesterday she was born. Kristi took her to get weighed yesterday and she was 9 lbs. 4 oz.

Momma & Me

Here is a picture of Ava and Kristi. Ava has had a cold for a couple of days now. She is coughing all the time and sneezing. We called the doctors office a couple of days ago and they gave us a criteria for bringing her in. She hasn't met anything on the list to make us bring her into the doctors office but they told us to go ahead and bring her in so the can check her out. Here is the most recent picture of Kristi and Ava.

Here is me getting my first bath. I really don't like baths. I don't know how much I will like water. Daddy says I will love the water in the summer time. He told me in the summer it is hot outside and the water feels great, we'll see.

Can you believe the Colts won the Super Bowl!!! I know it was because their littlest cheerleader was cheering them on. It's hard to believe Ava is 2 weeks old today.

God is good.


I know most if not all of the postings are on Ava, and how she is doing, But I wanted to let you all know that I just accepted a new job today working with Indiana Workforce Development as an auditor. This is an answer to prayer. I have been jobless for 3 weeks and was getting pretty worried. God is good.

Look at all the people who visited me in my first week, this wasn't everyone, but all the people Daddy got a picture of. I am very loved. Thank you, friends and family, for visiting me, your prayers and being there for my mommy and daddy.

Nights are still a little rough.


Last night we had a rough night with the whole sleeping thing. Ava has only had 3 rough nights of sleep. Last night we tried everything or at least everything we knew. She didn't go to sleep until 5:15 am. That becomes a rough night. I am very thankful that it has only been a couple nights and I am very thankful she is healthy.

At 5:15 in the morning when I was dosing in and out and thinking to myself that this kindof stinks, no this really stinks; I ended up having a dream or maybe it was more of Gods way of saying just quit whining, but I had this thought of all the things that could of been wrong with Ava, all the complications she could of had, all the deformities she could of had, or not even had been born.

Thank you Lord for a beautiful and healthy baby Ava.

Mommy's Thoughts

Sunday January 21st was one of the BEST days of my life! The only day that it competes with is the day that I married the love of my life!! Our day was quite an exciting one to say the least...I was extremely excited that we were finally going to meet our little miracle, but at the same time I really was rather afraid on the inside! I was afraid that I wouldn't know how to be a good mommy to a beautiful tiny baby girl who would depend on her Daddy and I to be her everything for as long as she needs us to be. As it turns out, Danny and I are a good Mommy/Daddy team, a team who would do anything for our "little princess"!! Yes, the first few nights were rough, but with the tremendous support from our family, friends, and many, many prayers, we are adjusting to our new life beautifully!!

Ava is so good..

For those of you who know Kristi and I we love to eat out. In fact we used to eat out every meal. But since Ava has been born. We have only been out to eat two times. Both time Ava just slept through the meal. She is so good.
